Stopped by the dealership today for a quick follow up service visit. I am happy to see lots of smiling faces this morning. The GM was very jolly and Philan was very friendly. Just Average Everything was OK. They did everything (except one thing, I will explain) I came in for and reported and did find a problem that was done by another Everything was OK. They did everything (except one thing, I will explain) I came in for and reported and did find a problem that was done by another dealer I had done about two years ago and corrected it. My issue has to do with speed of service. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago on their online system with everything I need to have done for 8 in the morning and a weekend that I happened to finally get off. I get there and its not there and I have to explain everything that I need done. Well that was 2 weeks ago and I was a little upset because this is the second time that this has happened, so I left one thing off. It was not huge concern as it was not a safety issue or drive-ability concern like the three other things that I originally came in for. Three hours go by and they bring me down and that's when they pointed out the issue that was caused by the other dealer. Turns out they have not done anything to the truck this whole time and just put it on the lift. REALLY!! I made this appointment 2 weeks ago for this time so I could get out hopefully a little early. But no, they are just starting at 11 and another three hours later I am finally done. Second time this has happened and the only dealer near me that does more then just basic services on the weekend. Try some place else if you need to get early! More
