Brad and Riaz showed exceptional customer service. They worked with me to find the best option. It would have been 5 stars but the service advisor that “helped” me showed no concern and made me feel as if worked with me to find the best option. Great service Two days before Christmas I brought my car to Gwinnett CDJR without an appointment. After I described the problem I was having, Brandon (my service ad Two days before Christmas I brought my car to Gwinnett CDJR without an appointment. After I described the problem I was having, Brandon (my service advisor) had a mechanic check the transmission fluid which was low. After taking my car to the back, they quickly found the problem. Within a few hours my car was repaired. Gwinnett CDJR always has great service. Brandon is a great service advisor. He is very nice and always asks if I need anything while I am waiting for my car repairs. He always explains everything they are going to do. More
