13 Years a Customer in for Routine Service I made a last minute decision to get my oil changed. Which meant that I would arrive at the dealership's service department a couple of hours before t I made a last minute decision to get my oil changed. Which meant that I would arrive at the dealership's service department a couple of hours before they closed for the day. I was just visiting this dealership for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They recommended I replace my air filter and cabin filter. The service caused a bit of sticker shock. The price of the air filter and cabin air filter were a bit high, so I thought. Turns out they were only $12.00 higher on average. They got me in and out pretty quickly. I'm glad they added the express lane. Friendly staff and knowledgeable crew. Long as I drive Chrysler/Dodge/Ram vehicles, they will continue to get my service business. More
