Ms Stephanie help was excellent, The service I received was beyond my expectation. I first went to the dealership In Conyers where I now live.and they couldn’t help me, so I decided to return to the dealer was beyond my expectation. II came in because my engine light was on and I was greeted by Ms Stephanie with a warm smile and she explain to me all the codes and what needed to be fixed and she even told to about a recall on my car that I was unaware of. To top it off she put me in a longer car so I could leave to get some food while my car was being fixed. No matter how far I live I will always come back to Snellville where I get excellent service with a smile and a car wash😀 More

Service Advisor Lied I had a scheduled service on 2/12/2020 for 2 recalls on my 2015 Dodge Charger, I asked for a oil change and tire rotation along with the recall repair I had a scheduled service on 2/12/2020 for 2 recalls on my 2015 Dodge Charger, I asked for a oil change and tire rotation along with the recall repairs, my service advisor called me about an hour after receiving my vehicle and advised that they needed to replace my oil filter housing because it was cracked, I approved the work, I picked up my vehicle after work once I got home and reviewed my invoice I discovered a statement that was not true: (CUSTOMER STATES THAT THE VEHICLE IS LEAKING OIL) At no time during my conversation with Christopher Buntin didI tell him my oil was leaking, I really don't appreciate being lied on, I will address this matter with the General Manager Roosevelt Adams, I now feel like this was a unnecessary repair at my expense.
