Probably the smoothest buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Randy and Wesley to order a new RAM HD Rebel. I didn't do my research on rebates, so had no idea that RAM was offering one. Worst dealership ever. My vehicle went into the shop 10/19 after it shut off while driving down the road with no warning lights. I was told the engine locked up from have 1 My vehicle went into the shop 10/19 after it shut off while driving down the road with no warning lights. I was told the engine locked up from have 1 qt of oil too much, as the oil was changed 4000 miles prior at another location. I paid for the tow to the other location where it was determined the engine was not locked up then paid for another tow back to the dealership, a week later I was told that the vehicle was with the technician I went the dealership and noticed my vehicle was in the same location as the tow truck dropped it off. Spoke with Service Advisor Neil, which was extremely rude as my service advisor was not in at the time. Fast forward now in three weeks after several times calling the dealership and getting no definite answer as they are unable to get a code from the vehicle from the diagnostic, my service advisor Cory and I speak the with Service Manager, Tina as she was to call me two days prior to the meet and greet. Cory proceeds to explain that the engine went from 1qt too many to 3qts. WOW that's all I could say at the time, if you don't know what's wrong with the vehicle just say that. They have no loaner and there was no assistance with locating any rentals stated the service advisor; and for the staff stating, "I understand" was like putting salt on an open wound. Approaching one month and still no Transporation as they can't seem to find what's wrong with my vehicle.! Let's Keep in mind the vehicle has TWO Mopar warranties. More
