Charging big repair tickets This dealership has a service department that likes to sell big repair tickets trying to make the car owner believe that the services need to be done This dealership has a service department that likes to sell big repair tickets trying to make the car owner believe that the services need to be done "immediately" instead of being scheduled over time( to meet the customer's budget) In order to charge higher repair service tickets, they now have a high finance interest rate option, which allows a customer to pay for these high repair bills over multiple monthly payments. Consumers beware! Make sure when you have a problem with your car, to avoid a higher repair bill, only have the repair done that you initially wanted addressed. Do not let a service attendant hand you a long grocery list of things to get done that day. If needed, price the services at other care repair places to see what the parts and labor cost are across other service centers.Its all about making money for them, not to save you any money. More
