I came in for service and was greeted by Mr. Jeffery. Awesome service guy. Very helpful and full of answers for any questions I had. When we were aware there was more of an issue, he immediately got a ticket wrote up and brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic. about 2.5 hrs later they found the issue and I was happy to know I wasn't a costly repair but a easy fix. I thank Mr. Reynolds for all his help. And its always a pleasure to visit this dealership and see he is still there being so helpful and warm welcoming with a smile. Great man!!!
