I have bought several cars from this particular dealership. My salesman Derien Chatman was amazing ESPECIALLY considering I didn’t visit the dealership that day with the intent to buy~I was literal dealership. I dont want to be THAT GUY leaving a 1 star but this place is a mad house. A MAD HOUSE. any time you question their service they say "we have 5 stars on google" so they take zero accountability. 4 visit place is a mad house. A MAD HOUSE. any time you question their service they say "we have 5 stars on google" so they take zero accountability. 4 visits for an over heating vehicle, literally thousands of dollars for them to tell me there is nothing wrong the first few times then 2000 dollars for them to tell me they need to replace a radiator. That 3 other guys at the same place told me they checked? They wanted 580 dollars to run a diagnostic test on the vehicle 3 times. I dealt with these guys for over 2 months to try and resolve this issue. And every staff member I dealt with was insanely condescending to the point where I felt like I was inconveniencing then by paying them😂 I'm a pretty reasonable dude. This place is WILD. They're a corrupt service shop that just happens to sell cars. Not a dealership. Dude literally told me I should expect to be nicked and dimed on my vehicle at a dealership More

I came in for service and was greeted by Mr. Jeffery. Awesome service guy. Very helpful and full of answers for any questions I had. He first assisted me with purchasing a sensor and even offered a lending hand to switch it out. When we were aware there was more of an issue, he immediately got a ticket wrote up and brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic. about 2.5 hrs later they found the issue and I was happy to know I wasn't a costly repair but a easy fix. I thank Mr. Reynolds for all his help. And its always a pleasure to visit this dealership and see he is still there being so helpful and warm welcoming with a smile. Great man!!! He loves what he does and is always very helpful. More
