Worst service ever. Brought car and left there for 8 hours. I called 30 minutes before closing and was told they were too busy and was unable to look at the car. I stated will come pick it up since I ne hours. I called 30 minutes before closing and was told they were too busy and was unable to look at the car. I stated will come pick it up since I needed car to go to work tonight, but will bring back next day. That was agreed upon. But then some how 10 minutes before my arrival I received a text from adviser Andrew that they were miraculously able to do a full diagnosis and it will be a $1,700 repair. I declined repair because integrity appears to be lacking here. Ended up paying almost $200 for a 5 minute diagnosis done right before closing. Service people could be more upfront and honest and communicate with customer early if unable to check car. More

Appt. Was to install tow hooks recall and change tires and alignment. Took 4.5 hours to just change tires and alignment. In which I think alignment is off. Then asked about the tow hooks which were not and alignment. Took 4.5 hours to just change tires and alignment. In which I think alignment is off. Then asked about the tow hooks which were not installed and it would take another 1.5 hours. So not happy. The truck still has a vibration. So tires were not issue. I will take back for further diagnostics More

I had a great experience. They had at least 5 cars me and my wife were interested in. There was construction going on when we arrived which made it a little confusing on where to go. Omg she made me and my wife feel at home right away. She made us feel like a family member you’ve been missing and haven’t seen in at long time. Thank you so much for that miss rose.
