I came in for a oil change the service i got was awsome ! The quality of work was great job! I have been.to other places and the Friendliness was not there i"M glad i came to that dealership the prices we reasonable !my overall experience was nothing but the best everyone was great couldnt ask for anything better the hole service department was the best all 10s for the SERVICE DEPTMENT. SALES VISIT - NEW

They don't even know what is and is not covered with the add-on plans they sell! Before purchasing a tire/oil change package I specifically asked numerous times if the plan could be used 100% at different d add-on plans they sell! Before purchasing a tire/oil change package I specifically asked numerous times if the plan could be used 100% at different dealerships and was told yes. Well long story short it is NOT accepted 100% and there is an additional charges each time you go to a different dealership! When I asked for a refund I was told I would be given a prorated amount by the sale rep... NO! You sold me something with incorrect information, basically lied to be to make a $2000+ add on to a sale on a brand new vehicle. I want my money back that's all. Customer service is severely lacking. More
