Buyer Beware! Would rate -5 stars if possible. After 3 hours of negotiations involving 18 emails, scheduling an appointment to buy and pick up the car, and purch Would rate -5 stars if possible. After 3 hours of negotiations involving 18 emails, scheduling an appointment to buy and pick up the car, and purchasing a one/way ticket to fly to Atlanta in 4 days, as I was offering a $1,000 deposit to hold the car, the salesman tells me he just learned the car had previously been sold and buyers from Florida were coming the next day to take possession of the Jeep. This car salesman then has the audacity to offer me a car with a price tag $5000 higher. Classic bait and switch. Is not the first rule of a legitimate and transparent dealership to not sell the same vehicle twice? More
Lied about filing tag and paperwork, only fixed it when I called the 4th time. Recieved several notices from my insurance they had _not_ filed the title. Was on phone and only after explaining I had been pulled over for expired temp tag did they eventually get the paperwork filed so I could dive away from the tagbffice legally. When the regular tag. Arrived it showed the Vehicle purchased on Dec 2, but lists a January 25th date of filing. This is after I was told just be patient because the gov takes forever...wasn't the government it was the dealership tag department failing to do what I _paid_ them to do(tax and title fees!). Vehicle is good and as listed, but the attitude and indifference to my having a police interaction resulting from buying a car from them was pretty saddening. The salesman was helpful,,, even when the service department lied to them about it being ready(causing me to wait several hours at the dealership once I arrived to pick it up) overall the car was as listed, the sales staff friendly and knowledgeable, the service department seemed to not be able to accurately comunicate and set expectations, the paperwork department seemed unable to return several calls and then deflected blame for their tardiness. Overall results of my purchasing from them is that i had to provide my own financing, waited hours for them to finish the service deveral days later(after being told it was ready), was pulled over by police because they did not file the tag, then had to take half a day off and sit at the DMV for them to rush file it so I could legally drive the car I had paid for. This was not the fast, easy, friendly experience I had anticipated purchasing from a professional dealership. Would I n purchase another vehicle from them-not after this headache. Would I recomend them-not to anyone I n would want to keep as a friend. More

Even the warranty company and a few different service repair businesses I inquired with said the pricing was ridiculous for the service they quoted me. Charging me a separate diagnostic fee of $215 times three was outrageous. I have been a long-time customer for over 10 years! More
