Worst customer service. My daughter went on a Monday to buy a car. Took all day to finalize and was told there was 13 miles on car. Car agreement stated 13 miles. After signing papers we find out there was like 4500 miles on it. ( hardly like new). They said they would look into it. Had she known she could of used that to bargain a better deal. They call us back and say all we can do is add the extra miles to the warranty. Not good enough. Feel like they scammed us. Won’t ever go back there. Not even for servicing. They should of met us half way at least. The car is 2 days old and has miles on it already. Their screw up. But no taking care of customers. Gurnee Hyundai will not get repeat customers. More

Please dont go there Very bad experience with the pre-onwed hyundai sonata I bought. The next day I bought it the engine light came on. Took it to service and they fixed it, the same day the car started making this loud air pressure noise every 30 seconds. Took it back in to service, I rode with the technician and he said he had no idea what was the sound. Stayed at the dealership from 7am to 1:45 pm and the said No recommended. They did not give any paper work of the service they provided just their word the vehicle was find. Tested the car and it has still that loud sound when I drive it. I recommend to go to another dealership or even change your mind with the brand. More
