Poor Communication & Rude I called to schedule an appointment with Gurnee Hyundai and I was asked to explain, in detail, what the problem was. When I got to the dealership and I called to schedule an appointment with Gurnee Hyundai and I was asked to explain, in detail, what the problem was. When I got to the dealership and gave them my name, the guy in service said "so just an oil change for you?". I was in for 3 different problems with my car, not one of them was an oil change. After re-explaining my issues, they fixed the car. By the time I got home, one problem (brake noise) was back. I scheduled another time to come back. I dropped off the car and again, said the issue I was having. The next day, I received a call and the service person asked me what my car was in for. I asked them not to fix the problem and told them I would be back later to pick up my car. I was not able to pick up the car that afternoon, so my wife picked up the car. When she said her name, the service team was VERY rude to her. She came home upset with the way she was treated. The only reason this dealership is getting 2 stars is because when I dropped the car off the first time, I was treated very well by the staff despite them not understanding why I was there in the first place. More
