I came in for the 3 recalls. While waiting, one of the employees came to get me and showed me a picture of 4 wheels. He told me my car need an alignment and it’s $120. I told him I came in for the recalls only and not for any repairs. I was perturb and more so for not receiving documentations or a receipt of the recalls and worst, I was forgotten when my car was ready awhile ago. I made it very clear I am hearing impaired. Guess that was quickly forgotten since I turned down an alignment. I kinda felt used and taken advantage of because I can tell when my car need an alignment. My back brakes needed work. Therefore, if I had agreed to an alignment, I’m pretty sure the techs would have found my back brakes needed to be fix. Thus, generated a bigger bill when I really came in for “free” recall services. This is not the first time I felt I was taken advantage of. Last time I came in for my oil change and bulb replacement like before and was charged an extra $20+ for oil change only. I did report it. The reason it was cheaper before was because a friend came with me and spoke in my behalf but when I returned alone, I had to complete all this paperwork on everything, history and all etc. on my car when I just came in for just an oil change only. Got a great car and are very happy with it. I think the amount of time it took to complete the transaction was longer than expected. Worst dealership I ever dealt with. I wish I could get my money back for the package I purchased so I wouldn't have to return. I ask to have my wifes name put on the title!! It wasn't ! Only got one key fob for our new vehicle. Should of got 2! They really mean well but it doesn't always happen. I waited 3 hours for a scheduled oil change and they didn't rotate the tires as suggested for the 15000 miles service. We had an easy time purchasing our vehicle. However the dealers did not notify us that there was only one key for the vehicle until after the purchase was made. The keys are not cheap and we could have bar dealers did not notify us that there was only one key for the vehicle until after the purchase was made. The keys are not cheap and we could have bargained the price a little more due to this misinformation.
