He patiently answered all my questions ( and there were A LOT) and even answered the ones I didn’t know I needed to ask. He didn’t rush me with my decisions even though we walked in right before closing … yes, we were THOSE people. So grateful for Antonio and our new car. More

In December 2021 I paid over $3000 to Gurnee Hyundai for my 2012 Santa Fe front suspension struts, linkages replacement job. A few days after the job I noticed that the technician did not replace the strut my 2012 Santa Fe front suspension struts, linkages replacement job. A few days after the job I noticed that the technician did not replace the strut caps as a result of the repair and indicated this to AARON MATHEWS then. At that time in December, Aaron Mathews told me he would make this right and I trusted him to do this. Many weeks later, today 5 Feb 2022, the service manager JOSHUA RAATZ says that I'm lying and the strut caps were never there when I brought the car in for work in the first place, and he will not replace these caps free of charge. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS AT GURNEE HYUNDAI AGAIN. More
I was in for my first scheduled maintenance. Tomy took excellent care of me, kept me informed and even sat in the vehicle with me to go through some of the work that was performed.
