My major disappointment during the purchasing process was the waiting on the finical processing, we waited 2.5 hours and kept getting it will be 10 minutes. What the beans this is the modern age I understand the dealership was busy I communicated clearly that we would go get some dinner and come back but they kept up with the "Oh it will be just 10 minutes" crap. My wife was so mad she walked a mile to go home and has sworn to never sign papers for a car at this dealer. Solution, be honest on wait times. More
