Robert D went above and beyond to walk me around the car and thoroughly explain all the features and specs about the car. He was even training a new hire and was patient with him and kept the process for me moving quickly and smoothly. He truly is an asset to your company! Ozzie is great also! He initially took the call and started the process with me. Ozzie was polite, knowledgeable, and the reason I drove over 50 miles past 20+ Hyundai dealerships to work with Gurnee Hyundai. I love my Hyundai and couldn't be happier with my purchase process. Good Experience I came to this dealership mainly just to look at a used vehicle. I had no intention of buying from this dealership because of previous bad experience I came to this dealership mainly just to look at a used vehicle. I had no intention of buying from this dealership because of previous bad experiences with the sales rep and management. In the past they were extremely rude and condescending when I didn't think I was spending enough money on a vehicle. However our sales guy Leonardo was extremely understanding of our wants and needs and did his best into a car that had the most features for the money we were able to spend. We really appreciate the honesty and the patience as we worked on their finances to make sure this was the right deal for us. At no time did we feel pressure or uncomfortable with the dollar amount we were able to spend on a car. More
