Very Dissatisfied Service Customer Unfortunately a "poor" overall rating due to being VERY dissatisfied with the Service Department and the GSM at Gurnee Hyundai. Even though the Sales Unfortunately a "poor" overall rating due to being VERY dissatisfied with the Service Department and the GSM at Gurnee Hyundai. Even though the Salesman, Jeff Constable was great to work with, sad that my overall rating had to be impacted by such a poor Service Department and GSM (Mark Strege). I am not sure when the GM and GSM should step in to resolve service issues, but I can guarantee it should not be this long. VERY DISSATISFIED SERVICE CUSTOMER. More
