Lies and extremely rude sales staff The car I wanted was listed on the internet $12,000 I live 60 miles from the dealership and called ahead of time to get the final price after the fees The car I wanted was listed on the internet $12,000 I live 60 miles from the dealership and called ahead of time to get the final price after the fees. I was told by Brian Ziolko that the $12,000 price was it, just taxes and title would be required . When I got there and it came time purchase they added $2,000.00 in fees and made it sound like some miraculous jester on their part to only charge me $1000.00 in bogus fees. The sales manager was a first class dick! But the real topper was an email that I received wanting to know about my experience, the only problem no such person exists at the dealership and they also don't have a customer care team or department. I did ask to speak with a customer care person and got the same crappy attitude from the so called sales team manager. Stay away from this dealership!!! More

Clean, fair, upfront and honest! Excellent Team at this location! Very much enjoyed working with the staff at this location, Their upfront from the get-go and there is never a moment Excellent Team at this location! Misleading Ad This is the 2nd time we were misled by an ad by Hyundai. First time was a print ad, ended up not buying car.
