Gunther is great - the rest is totally unsatisfactory I provided a very detailed review to Volkswagen already - please check with the VW HQ. The service by Gunther was great - my only request would be have the waiting room area with desks warmer - it is very very cold in there. Totally unsatisfactory was the service provided by the Volkswagen online/booking/customer system 1. My appointment was NOT listed in Gunther's appointment list - even though I had a written confirmation by email 2. Several emails sent to VW and to the email address listed in the appointment confirmation were not answered at all. Hence Gunther was not prepared for my appointment. 3. My request to reset / re-enable by online account again - has still not been answered - even though I talked to several people. This part of my VW experience is very unsatisfactory - and very frustrating ================ Besides this - the different warning lights on the dashboard are lighting up again (not all the time) - which is apparently a sensor issue - this happened before was repaired...but the same issue is no happening again. Although I was originally happy with my purchase my brand new car that I bought not even 4 months ago has different type of problema they are not cover by the guaranty.
