I’ve been trying to buy a car from Gunther and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience this bad. According to my salesman, Volkswagen, the manufacturer, doesn’t know how to price their cars to a honestly say I’ve never had an experience this bad. His words, not mine to justify a $5,000 mark up on a car. It’s now “only” a $2,000 mark up but “there’s plenty of people who will pay $4k over sticker” I’m told. I’m trying to buy the car at sticker price+++ and include my $500 rebate for military as I am a disabled Veteran. I was even sent a meme from the movie Glengarry Glen Ross calling me weak. Though I appreciate the humor, the level of unprofessionalism from a guy who told me he’s been with VW for 25 years is quite shocking. I hope someone from management is willing to make this right and stop treating a GTI like a Ferrari Enzo. More

We had a 2019 Tiguan SE lease from Gunther. in November we decide to buy it and we went to Gunther for the process. They took the whole day to prepare the car for selling to us, after the maintenance they we decide to buy it and we went to Gunther for the process. They took the whole day to prepare the car for selling to us, after the maintenance they didn't star the certification process until we paid for the car, we were there, we told them we were going to buy it but they didn't do anything until collecting the money that we paid cash. This is one thing and I was not going to write a review just for this issue. The other and most important thing is that i reported to them a noise in the bottom of the car, i though it was the shock absorbers. they told me there was no problem with the shock absorbers. the noise continue and I brought the car to DEEL VW in Miami and the found that the problem was the anti roll links, they change it both and resolved the problem, now the car is riding great. WHY GUNTHER DIDNT CHECK, They were in a hurry, they dont even test the card even dough they do the Certification for what we paid more than $800. I wonder what they do in a car with less than 28000 miles in this certification, just visual check? The only good thing about the certification is the increment 1 year warranty. The sales associate (Blanco) did a good job, he was nice to us but the shop socks! More

We had scheduled a day and time to meet with him and when we arrived he was already in the parking lot ready to greet us. Certainly made me feel like my time was valued. He did a very good job of making sure that the vehicle we wanted to look at was available, clean and ready for us to test drive. Once we were satisfied with the car he was quick to make us feel comfortable with the numbers and explain anything we had questions about. We felt he was very transparent throughout the entire transaction. He was also well supported by his management team. We were greeted by the general manager to make sure that everything was OK and that the deal was going smoothly. Being respectful of our time he made sure that everything was accurate and submitted to finance so that when we walked in the sign papers, it was super easy. Definitely a job well done and I will recommend this dealership. More
