Brand new car I took my car in to repair a few mystery dents on my hood. Once I reviewed the intake vehicle inspection photos I realized the car required painting I took my car in to repair a few mystery dents on my hood. Once I reviewed the intake vehicle inspection photos I realized the car required painting of the gas tank cover and miscellaneous touch ups. These items were added to the service at a nominal fee, for which I am grateful. Additionally, when I picked up my car it looked as good as the day I purchased it. I was very happy and impressed. Never coming back this is my second time coming to this place first time I came I got an oil change and they did a tire rotation and what's my car was finished they to this is my second time coming to this place first time I came I got an oil change and they did a tire rotation and what's my car was finished they told me that one of the caps for my rim broke which it wasn't broken when I brought it to them. So now that I go to noon a second time to get an oil change on October 5th 2019 a day after my engine light came back on and I'm just leaving there today is the 15th of October and I told him that the light came back on once I got my oil change a day before and they said that they will charge me for a diagnostic which is I don't see why would I have to be charged if everything was supposed to be reset so I'm not going to come to this place again to be charged for no reason More

The great service My 2017 Jetta was dead suddenly. I called them to find a help. I called vw road side assistant. I bought a 2019 Jetta SEL Premium August 11 2019. My Sales Person was John LaTorre. The deal was good and everything was nice, 5 stars at that point. Now after the Deal problems with my Tag and Registra Sales Person was John LaTorre. The deal was good and everything was nice, 5 stars at that point. Now after the Deal problems with my Tag and Registration and Title began. Sales Person John LaTorre was not giving me the right answers of my Wiestions when I can expect those, he lie to me once when he told me the Registration was sent out by mail September 6th and they sent it out September 9th. He even didn’t respond of my Title Question. Another call to the Dealership told me that the Title is not coming from Gunther but directly from Government. I turned in my 2015 Passat Lease which expired when I bought my Jetta. John LaTorre told me to waive the Disposition Fee and the broken Tinting in my back Window (100$). Now this stint was made and bought from Vista VW where I leased that car back in 2015. So they gave me a tinted car when I leased it. Now John LaTorre mentioned to call VW. I did and they told me 3 options I have, pay out on my own Pocket or contact Vista VW or ask my current Dealer Gunther VW to pay for it. Can you imagine that they (Gunther VW) better lose a Customer than pay 100$ ? I bought a 29000 Dollar car in cash and now that? Never Gunther VW again. The Sales Person should get fired! More
