Beyond satisfied with Jose's service I most recently serviced my car with Jose this past weekend. I had previously scheduled an appointment over the phone with him and he confirmed our da I most recently serviced my car with Jose this past weekend. I had previously scheduled an appointment over the phone with him and he confirmed our day and time. I brought my car in for a standard service and to fix a recall. As usual, Jose was more than ready to tend to my car. Jose had my account pulled up on his computer and had already picked out the usual service I needed as well as the recall repair. He asked if there was anything else wrong with the car and I informed him about a problem with one of my seats. My car was returned with everything back to normal as well as some replaced screws that Jose ordered put on for me. Jose also knew my car was still under warranty, so he was sure to charge me accordingly. I first got to know Jose 2 years ago when I bought a car that had come with a defective key from a Gunther dealership. Jose gladly tried to fix the remote, but he indicated that it was not worth fixing and instead needed to be replaced. He gave me the replacement at no charge and I have not thought twice about going back to him. More

Another Recall Too many recalls too many hours spent ar VW again. No loaner cars offered no rental cars only at expense of car owner. Not convenient, Not Helpful. Not Easy To Take Time To Take Car In Again For Another Recall, No Specails Were Shared For Offers As I Serviced Car While There For Anither Recall.... No washing of the car, No paper mats to protect seats and carpet of car, driver seat is always moved and mirrors too... Service Rep Jimmy is a kind man always polite. I think VW needs more employees so customers can get calls back from service reps and better assistance. More

Not happy I made an appointment to have new brakes installed in my VW Jetta and dropped my car at 10:30 am. Service person advised he will call when car is ready. Since it was Around 3 pm I called service person and left message. He called me back at 5 pm saying they did not have time to work in my car that day and I would have to pick car the next day. The next day I picked up my car and I noticed that several warning lights were on. I could not bring my car back right away cause I had to go out of town. A few days later I brought my car back to the same service person. He told me that after they checked my car the mechanic concluded that this was just “coincidence” and to repair this will cost me about $2,000. I am beyond words here. My car did not have any problems prior to this. Can a manager look into this? More
