She was thrilled to hear of Gunn and I gave her your phone number and the name of salesman who worked with us. Thanks for a wonderful staff. One bit of criticism. Who ever ans the phone sounded if she was very unhappy or sad. Even the lady at the front desk sounded bored. She did sat thanks for coming in but was not believable.
