I recently purchased my brand-new Nissan Rogue from Gunn Nissan, and once again, the experience was absolutely phenomenal! My experience with him back then was fantastic, and I’m happy to say that nothing has changed! We had a brief phone conversation before my visit to discuss what I was looking for and the options available to me. That same evening, I submitted all the necessary documentation and arranged to meet with him the following morning. From there, everything was incredibly smooth and efficient. I was in and out of the dealership in approximately TWO HOURS! Anyone who has purchased a vehicle knows how remarkable that is. Every other car-buying experience I’ve had has taken nearly an entire day, so this was an absolute breath of fresh air! Frank’s assistant, Kevin, was equally wonderful. He accompanied me on my test drive, thoroughly explained the vehicle’s interior features, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. We even ended up chatting about gaming, which made the experience that much more enjoyable! Both Kevin and Frank were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. My experience with Joshua in finance was just as positive. The process was straightforward, efficient, and, most importantly, transparent. He took the time to clarify anything I had questions about, and we even enjoyed some casual conversation about San Antonio and other topics along the way. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured, or confused about what I was signing. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The professionalism, friendliness, transparency, and efficiency of everyone involved made purchasing my new Rogue an absolute pleasure.
