Had a recall done on my 2018 Nissan and no one was knowledgeable on why and what change was done to my car. Then I spoke to a mgr and he also wasn’t knowledgeable on the work done to my car. Prices are outrageous and you’d think the service would at least be decent for those prices. Every service person I interacted with was rude and/or dismissive. Felicia was nice though.
