Took my car in for an oil change It was a very comfortable lounge to wait for my car in. They offered various drinks and snacks as a courtesy and make the waiting process bearable. It was a very comfortable lounge to wait for my car in. They offered various drinks and snacks as a courtesy and make the waiting process bearable. Also, it was refreshing not to have someone come out and try to sell you a bunch of services that you can’t afford or have previously had completed elsewhere. I was told it would probably take an hour, since I had an appointment and that was approximately correct, (had they not washed my vehicle as a courtesy). I would prefer to be asked if I wanted the car wash, as I usually my car wax myself. I prefer not to run it through a wash that tends to remove the wax more quickly. Other than that, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. More
