Lack of communication Told 2-3 hours for update on my vehicle after 4.5hrs I had to call and no one was able to give me a status. So I waited an additional 1.5hrs and stil Told 2-3 hours for update on my vehicle after 4.5hrs I had to call and no one was able to give me a status. So I waited an additional 1.5hrs and still no one returned my call. I did ask for a manager did not get just told car is ready. When I picked up no apologies or anything for lack of communication. I talked to assistant director said would look into and agreed service advisor should have called me. He said he would call me next day to follow up but never did. Staff and management obivously lack customer service skills - communication. More

Starting with the salesman Darren , he was very informative caring and honest. Sales Manager was very honest. The price you see on website is the actual price you buy the car. They do not add to the price when you go there. Finance manager Eric finished the paper work accurate , quick and as smooth as possible , and he explained every thing clearly. They are wonderful in general. They also stayed after hours to help . I am very glad that Gunn Nissan is there in our community to help people. They are A+++++ business. I as a CBC church member in San Antonio and university health system employee, I 100% recommend this car dealership. More

Did not honor AAA car buying program price. I was expecting a pretty simple car purchasing experience as I had received a reasonable offer from Gunn via the AAA/Truecar. Once at the dealership, I was expecting a pretty simple car purchasing experience as I had received a reasonable offer from Gunn via the AAA/Truecar. Once at the dealership, I find out that they would not honor the price I thought I would be paying. Even though I ended up buying the car, I was disappointed at the process. I became pretty frustrated and stressed and was ready to buy the car and leave. I was told the Gunn simple price was better than the offer I had received, which was not true. The next day after reviewing all of the paperwork, sure enough, I could have save over $600 had they honored the offer Gunn had emailed me. More
