This is not the first car I have bought from Gunn Nissan...in fact...it’s my 6th (& 7th). I have always come back to Gunn because 1) I’m a Nissan Girl and I’ve turned my husband into a Nissan Guy and Nissan...in fact...it’s my 6th (& 7th). I have always come back to Gunn because 1) I’m a Nissan Girl and I’ve turned my husband into a Nissan Guy and 2) Alex Carrera has always taken the time to hear my needs and my budget and put me in what fits, not just what makes the sale! I went to Ancira Nissan because they are open on Sunday’s during the little free time I had the weekend before and saw that they don’t care about the customers times, needs or budget...they just want to make a sale. That showed me how much better it is at Gunn Nissan and I promptly walked out and made time to go the distance to Gunn Nissan. They aren’t just there to make a buck. They are also great at establishing relationships with their customers so they can be repeat offenders like myself. 😉 This weekend we became double repeat offenders upgrading both my SUV and my husbands truck. I wouldn’t have done this with any other dealership or salesperson. All the dealerships I’ve looked at, just don’t compare to the experiences I’ve had to Gunn Nissan. Had a recall done on my 2018 Nissan and no one was knowledgeable on why and what change was done to my car. Then I spoke to a mgr and he also wasn’t knowledgeable on the work done to my car. Darren (sales) was great! Very personable and helpful. He gets 5 stars! The wait for finance and the appraisal of my trade are the only reasons I am giving Gunn 4 stars. We started the process at 9:30am and gets 5 stars! The wait for finance and the appraisal of my trade are the only reasons I am giving Gunn 4 stars. I've been to the dealership several times and looked around and never got anyone to check on me to see what I may be interested in. This time I was there killing time while I awaited a ride from a frien around and never got anyone to check on me to see what I may be interested in. This time I was there killing time while I awaited a ride from a friend after dropping my truck off for service, and Alex came up to me immediately. He asked what I was interested in, and was so quick and forthcoming with information and quickly trying to assess my interests and needs. Even though I was just peaking, he sent me information the next day on the two vehicles I had been looking at along with info on how to ask questions from him quick and easy. Due to his great skills as a salesperson, we purchased a car from him today. I really appreciated how he remembered my comment about how I hated the whole car buying process due to how much time it took to do so, (in the past it would literally be an all day process). He aided In making sure my husband was in and out of there in just a few hours. I am really grateful for the effort he put in, and will use him again in the future. More
