I have always had great experience at Gunn Honda; especially with my service representative (Joe Esparza). Joe is always friendly, courteous, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I would NOT want to go to any other service center except for Gunn Honda. The technicians are also very knowledgeable. I had never had to take my car back for the same service. Gunn Honda is the best dealership in San Antonio. I was able to call to get my car serviced and repaired in one day. I arrived at 7 am and was on my way to my appointment by 7:15. They were unable to complete scheduled maintenance. They should have told me before I came in or when they were writing it up that they didn’t have the gear lube to do the job.
