Purchased my Accord Coupe, brand new from the showroom floor in 2012. Since then I take my vehicle for service at Gilman, honedt, impeccable Customer Service. Recently, 12/23/2021 went back to Gunn because of convenience in location and 9 years later, same awful, rude service from their Service Dept. I went for a quick oil change, I have no plan to return. I do need further maintenance but opt to have it done at Gilman. More
