I went to the waiting area where I enjoyed a cup of coffee and wifi access. My car was done in one hour. The status of my tires, battery, etc were reviewed with me by Denise, I paid and hit the road. Doesn't get much easier or better than this. I've bought several cars from Gunn Honda and they are the only ones who service my car. Totally satisfied customer. More

The first time I took my car in was because of a tire issue and the service manager was rude and disrespectful. However, this time was a totally different experience. My car was not yet due for service but since I was going to be driving to Florida I wanted to make sure everything with the car was OK. Michael Vrba was my service manager and he could not have been more helpful. He advised me on what I could do and after the service explained everything very thoroughly. After my first experience I was not sure I wanted to come back to Gunn Honda but after dealing with Mr. Vrba I will definitely return. He is a real professional. More
