Quick and excellent service experience! I arrived at my scheduled time and was immediately greeted by a service representative. I was given the estimated cost and time of completion, and gave my cell phone number for them to call. At approximately the proposed time I received the call that the service had been completed. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and given my bill, The cost was as expected. I waited les than five minutes for my car to be delivered. It was clean and ready-to-go. More
Fantastic Express Service I own a 2010 Honda Odyssey. I bought it new from Gunn Honda. In fact, this is the second Odyssey, I have purchased for Gunn Honda. They are the only I own a 2010 Honda Odyssey. I bought it new from Gunn Honda. In fact, this is the second Odyssey, I have purchased for Gunn Honda. They are the only ones that I will allow to work on my vehicle, and that hasn't amounted to very much. I always use their Express Service for my oil changes as I did this week. While my car was being serviced, I went into their parts department to purchase a wiper blade. During my conversation the parts counter salesman told me he would find my service rep and have him add the blade to my bill and that they would take care of installing it for me. When I picked up my car the new blade was installed and all I paid for was the blade itself. It is this type of service that keeps me coming back to Gunn Honda. Service was fast and excellent. More

The Insane High Cost of Auto Repair Took in 2008 Civic Hybrid with 68,000 miles due to a/c knocking. Initial estimate of $700 turned in to $4800 with Gunn saying a/c unit was "contaminat Took in 2008 Civic Hybrid with 68,000 miles due to a/c knocking. Initial estimate of $700 turned in to $4800 with Gunn saying a/c unit was "contaminated". Did not do repair, gave negative feedback thru e-mail to service manager but did not hear from him until I posted a negative review on Dealerrater. I filed complaint of total a/c failure at 68,000 miles with Honda Corporation asking them to cover the $4800 repair. I cited owning 4 Honda's (started buying 2002). The Gunn Service Manager Steve contacted Honda Corporation and got them to cover 50% of the repairs (better than nothing). In the mean time, sensor in hybrid system went out and now told it would cost $2300 for that repair. Service Advisor took $400 off the labor cost, still $1900 to repair. Added it to my complaint with Honda; as a "good will gesture" Honda offered to pay 50% again. Helpful but still looking at over $3000 for 2 repairs. I believe repair costs by all shops are greatly inflated because they all use "the book" that tells them the supposed "average time" to do a repair. If the book says 12 hours, they charge for 12 hours even if it only takes them 6 hours (the theory is if it takes more than 12 hours they only charge you 12 hours but does that ever happen?)...compare the "billed/charged" labor hours in a day to the hours all the mechanics worked and I believe you would be shocked. Gunn service people do as all shops do but they do it with a smile. More

Left the vehicle and it took two days, but they figured out the problem which was a collapsed motor mount. Manny Morin stayed in contact with everything they were doing. Great team! More

Just asking, I said "how long it would take?" About and hour and a half, said Manny. Sure I thought to myself, I'll just be prepared to stay a lot longer and began reading. At approximately one hour and a half Manny came into the waiting lounge and said my car was ready. I couldn't believe it. I had my front brakes replaced, on time and I could even feel the difference in the brakes as I drove away....Happy! Beverly Hurston More
