Michael explained having a front wheel drive (also what that meant as I did not know) why the new tires should be on the front wheels. Made complete sense. I have always dreaded bringing cars for maintenace however Gunn Honda has always been a positive experience and Michael definitely added to this!! More

That lack of caring to ask and help the customer has been an issue. That is a customer service management issue and indicates management doesn't care about the relationship with customers as much as making a buck. Service was great otherwise. More
