We were nervous driving around when we received the noticed to have it replaced. This gave us peace of mind. Thank you. As I was ready to leave, he noticed that our front light bulb was out, so I purchased it at your parts department and he quickly installed it. This was really a great service job. I thought I would need new brake job but he explained to me that it was not necessary and I appreciate the fact that he was honest about it. He explained everything that was done to my car and about the air bag that needs to be replaced and he would contact me when the part comes in. Awesome customer service!!! Michael was great at explaining everything and patient when needed something reexplained. Michael explained having a front wheel drive (also what that meant as I did not know) why the new tires should be on the front wheels. Made complete sense. I have always dreaded bringing cars for maintenace however Gunn Honda has always been a positive experience and Michael definitely added to this!! More
