This was follwed by a appointment for the service which was setup to meet my unusual schedule and personal needs. Monica kept me informed and up to date on each step of the process. She even ensured I had a vehicel to drive while my multiple issues were addressed. when indicated, she coordinated with other expert Honda service managers to double check my issues and provide the reassurance I needed. I feel more confident than ever that each concern my wife and I ever have will be addressed in a sincere,personal yet professional manner when we deal with Monica @ Gunn Honda. More

Airbag Recall I had a recall on the passenger side airbag so took it to Gunn where I had initially purchased my car. The service people were very courteous. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I wandered around the front looking at the new SUVs and Accords. During this time, NOT ONE SALES PERSON came over to see if I needed any help and there were several just standing around talking. Even though I was there for service, that didn't mean that I might not be interested in buying a new vehicle as mine is now 7 years old but they just didn't seem to care. Sales would definitely get a POOR rating. More

Speedy Oil Change I came in with my Pilot for an oil change (at 23,800 miles) and Rosa told me that since I was first in line it would only take about an hour. What a deal! Free massage 😀while I wait. On time, Gloria appeared and gave me a fine massage to ease my stiff neck. When I walked out there was my car, all ready to drive away. Wow!
