The service staff were very professional in dealing with my After I had a oil and filter change, I decided to have a brake flush. During my trip home, the right front brake froze up causing some smoking. I ca After I had a oil and filter change, I decided to have a brake flush. During my trip home, the right front brake froze up causing some smoking. I call Gunn Honda and they arranged a tow truck to pick up my van. I was given a new Honda van as a loaner while my van was repaired. They replaced the front right caliper and replaced brake pads on both front brakes. I was very appreciative by the way Gunn Honda's service department handled the repair. That is the way customer service should be handled. Thank you to all the service people at Gunn Honda. More

Quick, efficient and easy! I scheduled and appointment for my car to be inspected for registration renewal. Denise greeted me when I arrived. She asked me if they had recently I scheduled and appointment for my car to be inspected for registration renewal. Denise greeted me when I arrived. She asked me if they had recently updated the car's software for the transmission. I wasn't sure, so she included that on the service request. My car was taken back immediately and I retired to the waiting room where I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a donut. Within 30 minutes Denise called my phone to say the car was ready. The check out took only a moment and I was back on the road. Gunn Honda Service is awesome! More
