Honda maintenance service Parish did an outstanding job. He was very courteous and efficient and my car runs like a dream now (even with 90000+ miles on it). I was recently in Buenos Aires, Argentina, being driven to the airport in a Ford. While I was in the car, the driver received a call from Ford asking how satisfied he was with his car and with the service he received. He was not satisfied. He pointed out that the new car they had sold him arrived with a dead battery and they insisted on charging him for a new battery. He speculated that the original battery had been stolen by the employees and sold, being replaced by an old battery. I said to him: 'We used to have a Ford also but we switched to Honda---you should do the same". More

They did all the leg work. I had a nail in a tire. They found a nail in two tires! They also made the call to the road hazard warranty company to file the claim so the replacem I had a nail in a tire. They found a nail in two tires!
