Bought a 2016 honda pilot with 93,000 miles on it and a 5,000 mile warranty. 1. Took the vehicle in because the AC in the front was not blowing cold. After a week of talking with the sales rep, even had to talk with the Used car manager. Finally got it fixed after 3 months. 2. During the issue with the AC i had informed the sales rep, the service coordinator (jessica who was handling my repairs), facebook, and a manger they all informed me that my hood issue was common on these vehicles. 3. Received a vehicle call back on my 2016 honda pilot that there was a hood latch recall. 4. With this new information and the previous owners information in the vehicle i thoght why not give him a call and see what issues the vehicle was having. He informed me that the hood popped up on him and caused his windshield to crack. (The same windshield that gunn honda replaced) 5. Gunn honda says that all of there vehicles come standard with a vehicle safety inspection to ensure the driver and passenger are safe and well taken care of. 6. Taking the vehicle in to have the latch inspected for the recall I am informed by another representative that I am unable to pick up my vehicle because of a safety issue. But my question is how are you going to sell a vehicle with all of those issues knowingly resell it with the same issues, and blow smoke up peoples *****? I don’t know if gunn knows this but families go into those vehicles….there are families on the road…..there are people walking on the streets….IN GENERAL THERE ARW OTHER PEOPLE AND IT IS EVERYONES RESPONSIBILITY TO CARE FOR OTHERS. Gunn clearly is only focused on there finances and could care less about a military family! Thank you for one of the worst car buying experiences and i truly hope the law comes down on you for these acts mentioned above.
