I love my new 2014 honda accord! Me and my husband came in 2 months ago and Kirit was very helpful in assisting us. He made sure we were taken care of despite the issue with our trade in at the time. Came back after 2 months asked for Kirit again but he was assisting another customer so he had Hugo help us. Tried to trade in my car again hoping this time my negative is less. Hugo was pleasant to work with very helpful. I did not get to purchase my vehicle because of our finances but came back a few days after i sold my car back to carmax. Kirit and Hugo were not available but Fernando was able to help. He got us process quickly despite it was closing time. Signed papers the next day and finally got my Honda accord.
