Not only is the facility very nice, but everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. Well taken care of, nice variety of cars and price range, good follow up, happy with car and service. Windows were able to be tinted on day of pick up which was day after first seeing car. I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am in Gunn Honda in San Antonio, TX. Civil words cannot begin to express my displeasure. I was driving home from work when you called and I was just thinking that the car had been sold out from under me and then the phone rang with your call. I am sorry that you had to take the brunt of my anger and listen to many years of Marine Corps training on how to chew a-- but you desired every bit of it. It was your responsibility to take care of me and you did NOT. If you were in combat with me you would not survive long. Talk about not having a person’s back. 32 years in the military fighting for people like you and you do this s---!!!! As for Fr--k, he can kiss my ruby red A-- . I talked to him last evening and he assured me that we were on target to consummate this deal. Did securing financing through another source P--- him off or what!! I offered to put money down via a credit card but you and Fr--k said that would not be necessary. Well, I can see why!! Had I put money down you would not have been able to SELL IT OUT FROM UNDER ME!!!! You said the car had been removed from the sales lot. I am really ticked off here. I could have put the total amount for the 2008 Honda Pilot on one of the credit cards I possess. It is no wonder used car salesman have such lousy reputations!!!!!!! And I was civil the whole time thinking I was dealing with good people!! HA! What a joke on me!!!! I would have let you finish your pathetic speech on the telephone but I lost cell service and you did not have the BALLS to call me back. My wife and I made special arrangements to have a friend drive the eight hours it would take, people made exceptions to their schedules for us and you pull this crap. We called our 9 year old granddaughter and told her we were coming and now we are not. You and Gunn Honda are a real piece of work. As unethical a group as I have EVER dealt with. Tell your used car manager also. In fact give me his name and e-mail and I will tell him myself. Send me the name of your general manager/owner and I will tell him what I think also. I would not buy a car from Gunn Honda even if you offered one for thousands less. I can’t stand unethical people and especially people that do not stand behind their word. My husband and I were recently looking for a used car and happened to stop by Gunn Honda. The salesman that approached us very friendly and not pushy at all. He patiently followed us around the lot and answered any and all questions we had. When I was ready to look at a car, he let us take our time and remainded patient. Jaime was very personable with us as well. We ended up buying a Honda Civic SI. The vehicle is in great shape and is everything we wanted in a car. Scott, in finance was wonderful too. He took his time with us and explained all of our options to us. The whole process was very easy and I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family!! More
It is always a pleasure to bring my 2008 CRV in for required service. There is no is no pressure for puurchasing extra service like other dealers in San Antonio. I thought this was a good dealership. Gunn Honda is darn good at making you feel like you're getting a great deal. You can get an honest and better deal somewhere else. I bought a 2009 Accord EX-L 6cyl and added 18" wheels and tires and paid over $3,200.00 for them. I called the Parts Department and asked them how much where the original tires and wheels that came off the car they said they are $2,760.00. Total for all the accessories I bought came to over $4,800.00 in accessories alone. The original tires and wheels I did not get back that came off that car. They kept the original tires and wheels without telling me and I did not get any credit for them. I forgot to ask until a few days later. When I called them about this after I paid for them on the MSR Standard Equipment at no extra cost on the sticker price. The sales manger told me they sent the tires and wheels back to Honda and only got $1,000,00 for them. I lost $2,760.00 in tires and wheels. Are we sure they are not in the back room waiting to be resold that I paid for? I will spread the news about this place and reviews if this is not resolved. I should have done my homework before and after I left this dealership, Buyer Beware Unhappy Screwed Customer! More
