Easy and quick My current vehicle needed to be traded in, I am a single mother of 3 who just like everyone else must have reliable transportation. I went to Gunn Hon My current vehicle needed to be traded in, I am a single mother of 3 who just like everyone else must have reliable transportation. I went to Gunn Honda on I-10 (very nervous I might add, seems so stressful buying a vehicle. I went with my brother to get his and it took FOREVER and was super stressful!!) So I got to Gunn not looking forward to the situation, with all my research in hand. I had narrowed my choices down to an Accord or an HRV. I was connected with Chris Pool a sales representative there. we shook hands and sat at a table to talk. He asked me a few questions to see what would be my best fit, i think he could tell I was a little nervous, so he started sharing a little bit about himself. As I watched him talk and listen to his stories, i felt more at ease and could tell he is kind, and considerate man (these qualities are important to me because I am a cautious person who bails at the first sign of uncertainty, when it comes to my money). We started discuss business more and he patiently answered all my millions of random questions. He showed me the vehicles I requested and gave me opinions when I asked, he also would add in tidbits I forgot to ask about. We looked at a total of 3 vehicles and I fell for the last one (which was his choice to show me). Chris explained the features of the car which is a significant upgrade from my current vehicle. He worked very efficiently to get me in a vehicle that fit my personalty, budget, and needs. Then I was transferred to the financing department who also answered all my questions and was patient with me. I was there a total of 3 hours and it was mostly due to all my questions. Buying a vehicle is an important life choice which effects you for many years. You should never feel pushed, unsure of something, or sold a POS. Integrity is the word I would choose to describe Chris and the Gunn Honda Dealership I visited. I am glad I ended up there for a great experience and an awesome sales person, thank you Chris for making my Saturday great! More
