Number 10!!!! In the past 15 years, this 2016 Honda Odyssey is the 10th. vehicle I have bought at a Gunn Dealership. Out of the 10 bought, 7 of them were Hondas. The first time I took my car in was because of a tire issue and the service manager was rude and disr This is the second service call for my 2015 CRV. The first time I took my car in was because of a tire issue and the service manager was rude and disrespectful. However, this time was a totally different experience. My car was not yet due for service but since I was going to be driving to Florida I wanted to make sure everything with the car was OK. Michael Vrba was my service manager and he could not have been more helpful. He advised me on what I could do and after the service explained everything very thoroughly. After my first experience I was not sure I wanted to come back to Gunn Honda but after dealing with Mr. Vrba I will definitely return. He is a real professional. More
