They both provided friendly and terrific treatment towards me during the whole process, which Craig works very quickly to please you and makes sure you are satisfied during the whole process. Kevin is not far by and assisted Craig quite a bit. He is going to be excellent in this business, especially if he keeps getting so many of those great customer-pleasing tips. This is the 3rd Honda I have purchased since 2002. Always great service. I had kept the business card that my last salesman, Brian Metcalf, and called him because of his great service the last time I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord. Brian referred me to CraIg and I received excellent service from both he and Kevin Monreal. When it's time for a new Honda, Craig will be the man I call!! More
