Quick, efficient and easy! I scheduled and appointment for my car to be inspected for registration renewal. Denise greeted me when I arrived. She asked me if they had recently I scheduled and appointment for my car to be inspected for registration renewal. Denise greeted me when I arrived. She asked me if they had recently updated the car's software for the transmission. I wasn't sure, so she included that on the service request. My car was taken back immediately and I retired to the waiting room where I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a donut. Within 30 minutes Denise called my phone to say the car was ready. I headed to the main lobby and greeters and they quickly got Adam Cervasa to the rescue. Adam was wonderful! He was professional in his appearance and demeanor. He looked after my best interest with a vehicle and brought out a Cosmic Blue, grey leather interior Honda Civic for me. I loved it right away! Adam is what made my experience excellent and he should be recognized for his professionalism! Finance Department was straightforward which I appreciated but there is absolutely no negotiations. I think I still paid about $2500 over list price and then adding an extended warranty for another $2500, quickly drove the price and thus monthly payments up. More

Service Department is Top Notch!! Had an airbag recall on my 2004 Honda Civic. The gentleman who checked me in was named Phillip and told me it would be around 4 hours.
