Needless to say I was very apprehensive but the salesman, Mr Kevin Brown I bought a new Honda in Dec 2016. Had not purchased a new vehicle since 1999. Needless to say I was very apprehensive but the salesman, Mr Kevin Browning explained everything and did not try to rush me. I was able to relax and complete my purchase.. Mr Decena in Financial Services was equally as pleasant and helpful. Next day had a problem with the tire, brought the car back and even though the Service Dept was backed up to the hilt (it was right before the Holidays), they quickly took my car in and fixed the tire within the hour.
