Dan must be given extra kudos for his polite, honest, caring and humorous disposition regarding our purchase for a new 2017 Honda Pilot. This young man is a true salesperson - give this man a raise in pay.. Assisting a couple of seniors (in age but not in spirit), Dan assisted us trying a couple of different models and giving us answers to all the questions we asked. He also assisted us through the entire sales process and helped us set up our AppleCarPlay, Google maps and Bluetooth options. We would also like to thank his sales manager for giving us a final good deal and also a thank you to Zach Hernandez in the finance department for assisting us in our estate title transfer. Other salesmen asked me where I was shopping - asked to see other people pricing in writing and other equally obnoxious things. Darrel knew I was negotiating from far away and didn't ask me to "come into the dealer to see what they can do" - another comment I heard a few times. I recommend that everyone go to San Antonio to buy a car rather than wasting their time shopping in Austin and if you're buying a Honda to see Darrell! More

Do the tighten-up I heard intermittent clunk while driving and as predicted was unable to recreate the noise when Parrish recommended a road test. He the set up an appointment and they found that the torque on the struts needed to be tightened. I don't know how they identified the fix but it worked and my 133K mile Ridgeline is humming again.
