Craig Simpson approached us with his cheerful voice and made us feel comfortable. He pulled up the CR-Vs we were interested in and let us have the test drive. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. It didn't take too much convincing before we decided to go home with our brand new Honda CR-V. The whole process was the briefest we have ever had.
