Great service!! You know how the car never acts up when you bring it to the dealer? I was near the dealer when the a/c blower motor stopped. Pay for a tire patch...really? I feel like a fool for paying $25 to patch a nail that punctured the tire when Costco and NTB repair as a courtesy. My tires are the original that came with the car purchased at Gunn. I shouldn’t have to contemplate the purchase of new tire due to the price of a patch. After 15 years of servicing my car at Gunn and 3 vehicle purchases I’m done. Tired of overpriced oil changes and filters. Three different online Gunn service reps were useless and provided no follow-up. Asked for possible service coupons and was provided a link that referenced a shuttle ride from Gunn only. FYI, Red McCombs Toyota offers shuttle service to and from the dealership. Rating requests should be sent immediately after the service is completed not 2 days later. When, I’m ready to buy another Honda I’ll pass on Gunn. Too bad sales reps like Pete have to work for Gunn penny pinchers. More
