This time the “manager” in my opinion was trying to squeeze a couple of bucks from the trade.. the F&I manager I dont think tried to find the best financing deal. Despite that I still think Gunn has the best, easiest process. More

Maintenance I went to the dealership for a brake flush & allingment. I told Joe Toepfer I would be in the waiting area. He told me it would take about 2 hours. Af I went to the dealership for a brake flush & allingment. I told Joe Toepfer I would be in the waiting area. He told me it would take about 2 hours. After 3 hours he called me & said they were having problems with the machinery that does the alignment and that it would be another 30 to 45 minutes. After 45 minutes he called and said it was done. I went to pay for the service that’s when he made the comment that he had noticed my paperwork sitting over to the side and he said he thought he had better call me. This made me feel like he had forgotten about my car being serviced. A two hour service job turned into a four hour ordeal. All this time I was waiting. More
