Bought the Jeep. Jacob and crew got me in and out in RECORD short time. Saturday morning and I made it to granddaughters party ON TIME. They busted their bottoms and got it done. Squeaky clean vehicle. Tank full of gas. Excellent lenders and choices. The finance guy Josh actually shopped for me for the best rate even though I was pre approved with local bank. The sales associate was very customer oriented when we were looking at vehicles and opened up and drove one before a purchase. We selected one off the lot, dark ash metallic and upon looking at the vehic were looking at vehicles and opened up and drove one before a purchase. We selected one off the lot, dark ash metallic and upon looking at the vehicle my wife and I noted some yellow on passenger exterior mirror which we thought was from a butterfly/bug strike. While going through paperwork for purchase, the finance person told us we should invest in a service contract promoted by the dealership and told us it would only add 20 dollars to the payment. The truck was cleaned up to some degree at dealership. We drove home and on the Sunday following the Friday night of purchase I began detailing the truck. I noted the passenger mirror still had yellow on it so I tried to wash it off, it was paint transfer. Damage that had occurred before our purchase. My sales rep was also supposed to set up a window tint appointment. I have tried to contact my sales rep several times and he returned a call one time. I have since emailed him as a person can either text or email if a phone call fails. The sales rep did not leave a message when he returned my call. I have since had the mirror corrected elsewhere and noted it still has a small flat spot from whatever was struck. I have still not obtained a tint appointment. It should be, you sell a vehicle and you follow up with the customer, attention to detail. I would really appreciate it if the dealership would contact me to set up a tiny appointment. I am not overwhelming satisfied at this point. More
