Please feel free to contact me at your convenience. I have been to this service center in the past and never had a negative experience. I am not sure why they were not equipped to service my vehicle this time around. I am also a bit disappointed that they felt it was necessary to remove the Costco tire rotation reminder from the windshield. Did they feel like they were better suited for the tire replacement job and could do it better then Costco? I don't know, but I really don't feel like they were providing the level of service I expect from an Acura dealership.... Update: Spoke to Josh who was very apologetic on behalf of their team and promised he'd follow up with the service technicians to ensure all alignments are test driven before returning to customer. He was very sincere and offered a complimentary oil change. Very much appreciate his offer but declined due to distance to the dealership and time to receive service.
