I went in to take a look at the FRS they had on the showroom floor because i had been interessted for a while i Kovarnik was very warm and welcoming. I was there only due to the fact that my 2008 nissan altima threw a rod in the engine so I was without a car for two weeks.( Or so i thought) After looking at the vehicle and sitting in at, taking a drive and all the other good stuff, i was thrilled and ready to make an offer. The Entire process was very smooth all the way from when i met Paulette Kovarnik to the finance department I was not pressured one bit, I was treated with respect and they did EVERYTHING for me. I work in customer service as well so there is a certain expectation I want when i make a big purchase and I was absolutely happy. Sales Rep. Paulette Kovarnik was very courteous and helpful - even when I was at my most indecisive (I was torn between the Prius and the Camry).
